Climbing as Choreography

When you are making an act the way you arrive to a skill is just as important as the skill itself.  Masking your ascension as choreography brings your work to life, and it gives the viewers more time to be welcomed into your story.  Let’s play with some of my favorite ways to go up a silk, and work together to help make your own new climbing choreography.

Laura Gwendolyn Burch has been working on aerial silks for almost 15 years. She has created more acts than she can count and performed all over the US.
