Hi folks! I’m excited to announce that registration for July/August classes is now open!

The July/August session starts on Monday July 8th, and runs a short 7 weeks through Sunday August 25th.  Here are some of the highlights of the new session:

  • Youth Classes are on a special summer schedule. During the summer, all Youth Classes are drop-in classes:
  • Bev is teaching Vertical 2b on Thursday at 5pm! Lauren is teaching Aerial 1b on Fridays at 1:45pm
  • Both Jill Marissa and Macy Smart-Zimmerman are taking the summer off… so their Handstands, Straps, and Beginning Flexibility classes will be back in the fall. In the meantime, Kyla is teaching Conditioning for Straps, which includes both ground and aerial exercises for straps students and aspiring straps students.
  • Jen’s Vertical Mixed Level 1b and Above: No Straddle Ups is now a regular 90 min class on Wednesday. This class looks at a wide array of non-inverted skills accessible to students as early in their aerial journey as 1b, but interesting to all levels!
  • We added Aerial Strength and Active Flex with Ivanna as a class late last session. It was so popular, it’s back!
  • Bungee Fitness – Continuing drop-in classes are 7/14, 8/18, 8/25. Bungee Fitness – Intro is on 7/7 and 8/4.
  • Finally, Kim’s popular Saturday Vertical 2b/2c drop-in class is becoming Vertical Technique 2c (drop-in).

Once again, we have a break week between the end of the May/June session on July 1st and the start of the July/August session on July 8th.  What’s going on? Amazing workshops with Jenn Bruyer! Plus, there is a bunch of recurring and one-time drop-in classes: Please check the calendar to see if our Open Gyms are running. Most are.
