Fabric for Trapeze with Jenn Bruyer

Fabric for Trapeze with Jenn Bruyer post thumbnail

One of the most interesting ways to work on trapeze is as a fabric artist. And if you have ever wanted to translate your fabric interest and vocabulary to something else, this is the time! I often find myself at least partially thinking through “in the ropes” ideas on fabric before I translate them to my trapeze sequences.

Trapeze offers the fabric artist a unique canvas. Join me to learn some of my favorite interrelated skills and ideas to add depth and texture to your trapeze work, or explore trapeze for the first time from a fabric perspective.

Students can expect to work on both aerial fabric and trapeze to hone and explore movements. Perfect for trapeze enthusiasts or fabric/sling lovers who are trapeze curious.

Prerequisites:
Level 2b or above on fabric, trapeze, or sling

Friday, July 5th
