Intro to Aerial Chains

Experience the thrill of aerial chains!  This workshop will be an introduction to the fundamental skills needed for chains through some fun, short sequences, as well as an opportunity to experiment with the feel and flow of this unique apparatus.  Wear layers to protect your skin, and students who own trapeze boots or similar should bring them.

Prereqs: ability to invert from standing on a sling, or the ability to invert in the ropes on a trapeze, or the ability to invert in the air on silks or rope
