This workshop will explore a selection of the fundamental pieces of ascending, descending and rotational movement. Students will then learn a specifically designed sequence that emphasizes intuition, pathway, continuity, and momentum on the journey toward “flow state”.

Participants should expect to learn new skills and methods that translate and interconnect in many meaningful ways. Together we will twist, spiral, roll, wrap and thread our way up, down and through the apparatus.

Prerequisites:
Intermediate / 2a on any apparatus
Some experience on sling
